I always start my day with a heavy breakfast and then eat small portions throughout the day.
As they say: Eat Breakfast like a King; Lunch like Prince and Dinner like a Pauper! I believe in this saying as it works for my body (to each his own). Also, skipping breakfast is bad for your health.
So, I don’t mind eating good calories (Read: some extra protein) in the morning. Let me come back to the post that I am writing 😀
I was here for review at Bread & More, GK outlet as they have launched a breakfast menu apart from the regular menu they serve. Three cheers for that.
I think GK residents always have their restaurants sorted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I am sure they must be happy reading this!
Perusing the menu while sipping strawberry chia seeds shake.
I choose to begin with – Chicken Tikka Foccacia: Every bite was delicious. The chicken tikka was very well marinated and the stuffing was just right – ‘not too much, not less’. I should say, a perfect start!
Classic Eggs Benedict (Chicken): Ever since I have had eggs benedict, they are my new favorite for breakfast. Poached eggs over the toasted muffin. I have had better eggs benedict so I won’t say the best one but was certainly good. My brother loved it as he polished off the plate (you can guess how much he loved it).
Breakfast Croissant (Non-veg): It was a sliced croissant sandwich stuffed with cheese, chicken ham and half fry egg.
Salad Bar: They have a fresh 5 varieties of Salad Counter to choose from. You can fill as much as you want for 199/- INR per serving.
Chocolate Crunch Waffles: I find waffles a mix between a dessert and a meal. Waffle, in itself, was dessert for me even though the dessert counter was packed with sumptuous pastries and macaroons. The waffles were freshly prepared and delicious, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We finished the waffles in no time! Must Try!
I have always had a great time, here. Cheers!
