Breakfast at Indigo Deli, Cyber Hub, Gurgaon

There is nothing a hearty breakfast can’t solve.

Ambiance: Wooden decor, fine dining and cozy setup with sunflowers on every table. Yes, I like my morning to begin like this every day.

Breakfast: I have written one post on Indigo Deli (Read) ‘al a carte’ menu but this time I am writing about the ‘All-Day Deli Breakfast’ menu which starts at 8 in the morning. So, you can treat yourself with freshly squeezed juices, muesli, eggs, waffles, pancakes, breakfast sandwich or couscous upma for a healthier option.

I started my breakfast early morning before going to work and it was definitely the best decision. I don’t think there was anything which was not on point that day. From the start (Fresh juices) till the end (pancakes) it gave an ‘oh-my-gosh’ reaction on every bite and sip of what we ordered.

Cutting the chase and coming to the food:

Freshly squeezed juices: We started our culinary excursion with fresh ‘Pineapple Juice’ and ‘Malta Orange’ juice and thick blueberry smoothie. What a start!

Eggs Benedict: Eggs Benedict is a traditional American breakfast dish that consists of two halves of an English muffin each of which is topped with bacon, ham or chicken. We opted for chicken. Served with Hash Brown. If you haven’t had eggs benedict here, you’re missing something.

Chicken Bagel: The poppy seed bagel is filled with smoked chicken, omelette, onions, and cream cheese. This is one I would order again!

Spinach Sandwich: Crispy and tasty spinach sandwich stuffed with spinach (of course), zucchini and mushroom. Served with crispy potato wedges and in-house salad.

Pancake: We were so full with the super amazing breakfast but we had to have this as the manager insisted. Trust me it was Delicious! I took time to savor this one! Served with whipped cream and blueberry marmalade.

As for me, the next visit will have to be soon!
