Café Amaretto is an Italian Café. The ambience is very relaxed which will suit an all day casual dining mood that gradually evolves into a more intimate fine dining space as the evening progresses. The painting on the wall displays the art which was operated earlier in the same place under the name: Anasha Art & Craft LLP, displaying an eclectic mix of high quality Indian art. Now, the owner, Shayal has started her own Italian café.
We started our culinary excursion with some fresh juices and shakes. I picked watermelon juice which was fresh and refreshing for summers and my friend opted for Nutella shake which was thick and creamy.
~Mezze platter: Hummus, Ganoush, Tzatziki and falafel served with homemade pita bread. The platter was really delicious and fresh. It was a great start!
~Pumpkin risotto: The risotto creamy rice was cooked with pumpkin and veggies. Served with chestnuts and parmesan crispy.
~Oriental pizza: Thin crust pizza topped with broccoli, baby corn and onions. It was authentic and so was the cheese topped on the pizza, which was bringing the best of taste in every bite.
~Penne in cherry tomato sauce: The penne pasta served in a cherry tomato sauce is one of the simplest ways to relish pasta. It is delicious and healthy for someone who does not want to stuff with too much cheese. I love this pasta!
We always end our meal on a sweet heady note because no matter how full you can get from eating the most lightweight flavorful food there’s always room for dessert.
~Tiramisu: Tiramisu was sinfully delicious with the right balance of coffee and alcohol.
~Ricotto cheesecake with strawberry sauce: It was the most sumptuous dessert I have had so far with cheesecake blending well with strawberry! Heaven, yes!
I am surely coming here, again!
