There are good cafe’s and then there is good food. I was happy to find a balance between the two at Locale, Saket.
This place is tucked in the corner of PVR Anupam Saket in the beginning. The place has a bar + dining as you enter and they also have an open terrace area which works well during the winters.
I was here with my cousin’s and we started the culinary journey with drinks and food.
~Sangria: loads of fruits and great taste.
~Amritsari Fish Tikka: Soft, succulent, juicy fish pieces served with mint chutney was a greater starter to start with.
~Kerala Chicken Tikka: I think I have developed a flavor for anything South Indian. This tikka was delicious. All the good crispy flavors of Kadi Patta in it. Must Try!
~Chicken Tikka Salad: If you planning to eat healthy and diet at the same time. This place will offer you some good salads to take care of that as well. I opted for the Chicken Tikka Salad which was super delicious and healthy at the same time.
~Hummus and Pita bread: My all time favorite snack, the hummus was well prepared and so was the pita – perfectly baked and fluffy.
~ Kandha Pav: The server suggested us this dish as we were constantly ordering the non veg food. This pav reminds you of Bombay. A great snack to start with for the vegetarians.
~Fish Burger: Soft juicy fish stuffed inside chewable buns.
~Butter Chicken Maggi: I love maggi and recently I have started loving the innovative ways of which they are selling maggi. One of which is Butter Chicken Maggi. Creamy, delicious with chunks of chicken in it.
~Tiramisu: I am big fan of tiramisu and I love to end my meal on a sweet note. This was a little disappointment, I have had better tiramisu otherwise. Wins all the points on the presentation.
I would definitely come here, again.
Cheers!
