The first-ever Beer Week took place in Gurgaon and Brewhouse was one of the participating breweries.
Ambience: The entrance is done with red and white coloured couch. The Garden is lit up with lights and live stage music playing in the garden. The barrels seats and tables are better suited to the evening. Yes, outdoors are very pleasant any time of the day. The moment I entered the Brewhouse, I fell in love with the garden. The washrooms are neatly defined. The setup is well done.
Drinks: They served four handcrafted beers namely: Weizen Beer, Pilsner Beer, Indian Pale Ale, and Dark beer. I opted for the Pilsner which was a form of wheat beer and the Dark beer.
I also opted for the Tequila Sunrise, which was a flavour of orange on the top and as you go sipping, you will get a taste of tequila and lemon.
Food: We started the culinary excursion with Chakna (a basket full of Popcorn, masala peanuts, masala papad and mini wanton) accompanied well with beer/drinks.
~Baked Chicken Nachos: The nachos were topped with chicken and cheese. The nachos appeared to be dry; it can be the reason of the dry chicken marinated mixture.
~Beer infused Chilli chicken: The chicken was well marinated in the soy chilli sauce and was tender and crispy pieces. The best part about this dish was they were marinated in the hint of beer. MUST Try.
~Butter Chicken Maggie: This is one dish for which I am coming here again, for sure. The well-cooked Maggie perfectly marinated with butter chicken. Butter chicken lovers, you should not miss this!
~Butter Chicken and assortment of breads: The north Indian butter chicken as main course goes well with the Indian taste, and there are few places which can cook butter chicken with so much perfection. This is one such place! MUST Try.
~Tiramisu: This popular coffee flavoured dessert will win you over. Soft, spongy and full of flavour is what this dessert is all about. The most amazing thing about this dessert is, it is prepared using beer. MUST Try. I have had great memories here and I am definitely coming here, again. Cheers!
Beer chocolate mousse: the chocolate smooth mousse topped with dark beer. An innovative with the dessert is what you should try.
An expectation met and surpassed. Life’s Brewtiful 🙂
