Chao Bella says – Hello Beautiful! This place offers a mix of Chinese and Italian cuisine.
The decor is well done with beautiful red and white couch and wooden interiors. The place welcomes you for fine dining better enjoyed with family or for a date. If you are planning to travel via metro there is no connectivity, however, car will solve the purpose better. I was here for the lunch and we enjoyed a mix of both Chinese and Italian on our table.
We started our culinary excursion with Soup followed by starters, main-Couse and desserts.
Soup:
Minestrone Soup: I relish my Chinese meals when they begin with soups and dim-sums, this one of those days. The soup was tangy tomato soup with chunks of pasta and veggies. MUST Try!
Vegetable Wonton Soup: It is a clear soup with chunks of veggies.
Dim-Sum: I tasted the Chicken Shumai dim-sums and they were ‘wow’. The outer skin was thin stuffed with marinated minced chicken. MUST Try!
Appetizer:
Black crispy Mushroom with Honey and Tomato: The crispy light fried mushrooms were tossed in honey and tomato sauce, they tasted like lotus stems but to my surprise they were mushrooms. I am not a mushroom lover, but, I relished this dish. It is one happy appetizer for the Vegetarians.
Pasta:
Veg Ravioli: This was a classic Italian dish with cream and fried onion filling. The dish was pretty average.
Pizza:
Margherita: This was by far the best pizza I have had. Thin crust base topped with loads of cheese and tomatoes. MUST Try, You can thank me later.
Mains:
Balsamic and honey glazed Grilled Chicken with Grilled Veggies: I am always on a lookout of healthy meals. The chicken was grilled in balsamic honey and the veggies were grilled with salt and pepper. I enjoyed the veggies more than the chicken, because the chicken was left a little undone. It can be skipped.
Clay Pot Vegetables: This dish is a ‘MUST Try’ from the menu if you are on a diet. The vegetables are roasted. The variety includes – Baby Corns, Broccoli, Zucchini, Carrots and all colorful veggies.
Chicken Schezwan with Chicken and egg noodles: This dish was a perfect combination meal to have in the mains. The noodles were well cooked and the chicken Schezwan chicken gravy was a perfect combination to go with noodles. The chicken chunks were juicy and crispy. MUST Try!
Desserts:
Tiramisu: The blend of coffee and spongy cake makes my day. I feel the quantity should have been done better for the serving.
Honey Comb Cake: The scoops of chocolate brownie topped with sesame seeds with vanilla ice cream was the best one in the lot. The combination played well with vanilla ice cream.
Banana Toffee: Caramel and banana flavored toffee was too hard to bite. It can be skipped, for sure.
