Mtv has brought together a quirky place to dine in. A place where I can stay for hours and beyond. They have a section for books, a bar, live performance, movie screening, supply of Mtv merchandise and ofcourse special fusion menu curated by the chef.
Ambience gives the touch of Mtv with its look, quirkiness, live, vibrant decor, concerts.
~Salsa Jalsa: If you are planning your visit at FLYP, this is one drink which you should not miss. With the dash of red wine and a splash of fresh cut fruits.
~Raspberry Mint Cooler: For the mocktails, it was Raspberry cooler which was refreshing and less on sweet. A perfect drink for scorching summer heat!
~Border style eggs: Boiled eggs stuffed with onions, tomatoes and jalapeño. always keep thinking what to eat after workout. I have my pre workout snack fixed, an Apple. As my gym trainer says, it will boost your exercise endurance. It helps!
Now I have my post workout meal, eggs! We already know eggs are a great source of protein and help aid in muscle strength, recovery and growth.
~Chicken Tikka sharwarma in pita pockets: Chicken tossed with mint chutney, garlic sauce, onions and capsicum stuffed inside soft pita pockets. MUST Try!
~Chicken Tikka: Chicken skewers is well marinated in Japanese Teriyaki, miso sauce. The soft succulent chicken pieces is a MUST try when you place your order.
~Rajma Galoti Kebabs: The Quessdilla stuffed with mashed rajma and spices served with salsa dip.
~Charminar ka Chauka: Tacos stuffed with tangy veggies. Can be skipped.
~Goencho aawaz – Burger: Stuffed with juicy, tender chicken with soft chewable buns. Accompanied with fries and salad.
~Butter Chicken: Butter chicken was high on salt, the gravy was saltly more than it should be creamy. The chicken chucks were soft, though. Can be skipped.
~Dal Makhani: The usual dal makhani prepared using over night cooking if the lentils.
~Garlic Naan: The breads were fresh and chewable with garlic flavor on every bite.
